Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received them
• In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• Must you have a valid reson for return item 
• If you received an incorrect or defective item and want to return/exchange it, you must have a video of your unboxing of the item.
• You will have to pay the shipping charges (Return or Exchange )

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Opened health and personal care items

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@buyTrand.com to initiate your return. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3. Pack Your Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

4. Ship the Item: Use the provided shipping label to send your item back. Make sure to keep a copy of the tracking information.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’re happy to arrange an exchange. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate this process.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
